1. Business Identity & B2B Mandate
This website is operated by ALON Products Ltd. We operate exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) vendor. By placing an order, you warrant that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft, or profession. Consumer "cooling-off" rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.

2. Product Information & Suitability
We provide high-specification hardware optimized for AI research. The client is solely responsible for ensuring hardware compatibility with their specific software stack or datasets. We strongly recommend the Certified Fit Audit prior to purchase.
3. Pricing and Payment (BACS Protocol)
All prices are in GBP (£). For workstation orders exceeding £2,000, payment must be made via BACS/Bank Transfer. Orders are not processed, and hardware is not reserved, until BACS funds have achieved absolute clearance in our accounts.
4. Order Acceptance
A contract is only formed when we issue a formal "Order Acceptance" or "Dispatch Confirmation" via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill specific technical requirements.
5. Logistics & Deployment
All delivery timeframes are estimates. Logistics, freight protocols, and signature requirements are governed by our Logistics & RMA page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party freight carriers or customs.
6. Returns, Refunds & RMA
Hardware returns are strictly governed by our Refund Policy and Logistics & RMA protocol. We do not accept returns for change of mind or project pivots. All RMAs must be pre-authorized and delivered to our Southampton Operational Lab.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alon Products Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of research data, loss of business profits, or failure of AI model training. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the hardware in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
