Logistics & RMA
At ALON Products Ltd, we aim to keep Deployment and RMA protocol clear, fair, and easy to understand.
1. Payment Clearance (BACS):
To mitigate fraud and protect operational parameters, all high-ticket invoices must be settled via BACS. Hardware dispatch schedules commence only upon absolute clearance of BACS funds into our accounts. Remittance advice does not constitute clearance.
2. Insured Commercial Freight Protocol:
Hardware consignments valued at £3,000 or above are strictly exempt from standard postal networks. These orders are dispatched via insured, tracked commercial freight. A commercial premise signature is mandatory upon delivery. We operate strictly within the UK; no export forwarding or drop-offs are permitted.
3. RMA & Dead on Arrival (DOA):
In the event of catastrophic hardware failure or DOA, you must submit a formal RMA request within 48 hours of delivery signature. RMA Protocol is only authorized for manufacturer warranty claims or confirmed DOA status. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the loading bay at your expense. As a B2B infrastructure provider, Alon Products Ltd does not accept returns for change of mind, project pivots, or software incompatibility. All hardware selections are final upon dispatch.
