We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Method
Orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch where available.
Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1 working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days to arrived.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery updates from the courier where available.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If a parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@alonproducts.co.uk as soon as possible.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. This means items should be complete, unused, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals where applicable.
We may reduce the refund amount if an item is returned in a condition that shows avoidable handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Change-of-Mind Returns
A flat-rate return shipping fee of £5.99 applies to all change-of-mind returns.
You should contact us before returning the item so we can provide return instructions.
Faulty, Damaged, or Not-as-Described Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at support@alonproducts.co.uk.
Where a return is approved for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

- the item you want to return

- photos if the item is faulty or damaged
