- all included parts, accessories, and packaging are present where applicable

- any fault or damage reported can be verified where relevant

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 48-72 hours of inspection.

Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Change-of-Mind Refunds

If you return an item because you changed your mind, the refund will usually cover the item price paid.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alonproducts.co.uk.

We may reduce the refund amount or refuse a full refund if:

- the item has been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

- the return does not match the item originally supplied

If a parcel is refused without prior agreement and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred.
